Class 4M: Blog items

Safer Internet Day

Date: 12th Feb 2016 @ 12:39pm

Today we learnt lots about the internet and how to stay safe online. We loved becomming internet spies and thinking about ways to disguise ourself online. In the morning, we watched a great drama production which gave us lots of tips (and laughs) about how to stay safe online. A few weeks ago, we completed an E Safety quiz so we spent some time looking through this - Miss Revill was very impressed with how much we know about staying safe online. Finally, we ended the day by creating our own stay safe hearts. The internet is a truly wonderful thing and we have learnt lots about the ways to use it safely.

Brass lessons

Every Tuesday, we have a music lesson and are all learning to play a brass instrument. We have now chosen our instruments and are able to take them home to practise - how excitng! Class 4R would love to hear how you are getting along at home. Please use this blog to comment on your experiences and any musical tips you have.

Today we learnt lots about the internet and how to stay safe online. We loved becomming superheros and creating our plegdes to 'create a better internet together': they looked wonderful on our classroom door. On the junior playground, we put our coding knowledge to the test in Mrs Muir's Coding Challenge. Finally, we ended the day by creating some informative drama pieces presenting the best ways to stay safe online. The internet is a truly wonderful thing and we have learnt lots about the ways to use it safely.

Macclesfield Library

Date: 1st Dec 2014 @ 9:13pm

On Wednesday 19th November, Class 4R went on a trip to Macclessfield Library. We were greeted by two helpful ladies who gave us a thorough induction to the library. They helped us all to choose some books that we could loan and read at home. We are all enjoying reading and some of us have even recommended our books to the rest of the class.
