Mental Health and Wellbeing

Mental Health is just as important as physical health. Try some of the following activities to help you feel good each day.Cuddling up and watching a film, mindfulness colouring, going for a walk (if allowed) or reading together will feel just as relaxing for many children as any of these activities.  Twinkl is free at the moment and has lots of mindfulness colouring that you can print off.

Also, remember that you are your childs safe person, they look to you when they are stressed. This might come out as crying, anger or as challenging behaviour. Behaviour of any kind is communication.
